I lead a team building an industrial IoT platform at Murrelektronik in Berlin, and build my own products on the side. There are two ways to work with me.

Advisory work

Most teams have the AI tools by now. The harder part is what the tools change about the work: who checks what, how juniors still learn, what stays a person’s job.

I know that shift from both sides. I spent ten years as a translator, in a profession AI rearranged from the inside. Today I lead a software team where the same thing is under way, and I build my own products with AI in them.

I talk this through with teams and the people leading them: where AI belongs in your work, how to agree on working with it, what to watch for with quality and with juniors. Freelance projects

Websites and small web applications for small businesses, in German, English or Spanish. No templates: each one is built around what the business needs. I take on only a few projects at a time, so each one gets proper attention.

Talk. A free call of about 30 minutes. We work out what you need and whether I’m the right person for it.
Proposal. You get the scope, timeline and a fixed price in writing. No hourly meter.
Build and launch. You follow progress on a preview link. At launch everything is handed over to you, and I stay around to keep it running.
