Néstor Iriondo
I’m Néstor. I lead a team building an industrial IoT platform in Berlin. I studied philosophy, spent a decade translating for tech companies, and now write about building software, leading people, and what AI changes about both.
Things I’ve built
uKonn-X
A digital guide for installing and servicing industrial machines, built at Murrelektronik. I lead the team that develops it.

Cadence
Continuous 1-on-1 notes for managers. Dictate what happened, review the structured draft, and see what is still open before the next meeting.
REB Consulting
A website in five languages for a Berlin real-estate agency, with listings that come live from their property software.
Writing
A Leap of Faith
Software teams ship code written by systems nobody can fully explain. What the Hugging Face incident showed about that kind of trust, and where it should stop.
